Thailand Re-Entry Permit.

Foreigner who is granted Thai Visa to entry to The Kingdom of Thailand, can be allowed to depart and return to The Kingdom of Thailand.  

This is a must for you to apply for Re-Entry Permit before leaving out of Thailand to secure your Thai Visa. There are 2 types as below:

  • Single Re-Entry Permit (For single departure & arrival).
  • Multiple Re-Entry Permit (For foreigner who will often leave and come back to Thailand).

1. Please send us the below required docuemtns to prepare Form TM.8:

  • Copy of applicant's passport (Biodata Page).
  • Copy of endorsements. (If any).
  • Copy of granted permission to to stay in Thailand with having stamps in applicant's valid passport.
  • Copy of Lastest arraival stamp Page.
  • Copy of Extension stamp Page.

  • Original passport.
  • Original departure Card (TM.6) with 1 copy.
  • Other related documents with 1 copy (In case applicant NOT allow to exit The Kingdom of Thailand.

Did you know?

  • Applicant who is granted permission to stay in Thailand accordance with the type of visa and the period of stay. If he/she leaves Thailand, means the permission is over.  If you wish to return, Re-Entry Permit is a must to secure your Thai Visa before leaving Thailand.
